Where can I get laser hair removal in Bali?
Somulus is a diode laser hair removal clinic in Ubud, Bali, at Jl. Raya Andong No.12, Peliatan, Kecamatan Ubud, Kabupaten Gianyar, Bali 80571. We treat women and men, by appointment, and you can book online.
How much does laser hair removal cost in Bali at Somulus?
A single session starts from Rp 250.000 for women and Rp 300.000 for men, depending on the area (for women: Armpits Rp 450.000, Full Legs Rp 1.700.000, Bikini Brazilian Rp 1.150.000, Full Face Rp 900.000). The full price list for every area is on our prices page, and you pay at the clinic.
What is the difference between diode laser and IPL?
A diode laser sends one focused wavelength of light that is absorbed by the pigment in the hair and heats the hair root, so that root stops producing new hair. IPL is a broad flash of mixed light that spreads over the skin and is less targeted. Somulus uses a medical diode laser, not IPL.
Does laser hair removal hurt?
The treatment is designed to be comfortable. A cooled tip protects the skin during every pulse, which keeps the treatment comfortable and safe.
How many sessions do I need, and how often?
Hair grows in cycles and the laser only reaches hair that is actively growing, so you need a series of sessions. Most clients come back every 4 to 6 weeks until the area stays smooth.
Is there an unlimited laser hair removal package in Bali?
Yes. A Somulus subscription gives unlimited sessions for one area during the active period: Face (90 days Rp 1.490.000, 180 days Rp 2.490.000, 365 days Rp 3.490.000), Upper Body (90 days Rp 2.490.000, 180 days Rp 3.990.000, 365 days Rp 5.490.000) or Lower Body (90 days Rp 2.490.000, 180 days Rp 3.990.000, 365 days Rp 5.490.000), or All Areas (90 days Rp 4.990.000, 180 days Rp 7.990.000, 365 days Rp 10.990.000). It includes diode laser hair removal and RF vacuum skin tightening for that area. Lash treatments are not included.
Do you treat men?
Yes. We have a full treatment menu for men, including back, chest, tummy, arms, legs, face and neck, from Rp 300.000 per session.
Which areas can be treated?
Face (upper lip, chin, cheeks, neck, full face), upper body (armpits, arms, hands, shoulders, chest, tummy, back) and lower body (bikini, Brazilian, buttocks, legs, feet and toes). You can combine several areas in one appointment; the price and treatment time add up automatically when you book.
What is RF vacuum skin tightening?
Radiofrequency (RF) gently warms the deeper layers of the skin, which encourages new collagen, while a soft vacuum lifts and massages the skin to boost circulation. There are no needles and no downtime. We offer it for the face, tummy, inner arms and thighs.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Saturday, 10:00–18:00 (Bali time). Online booking only shows times that are still free.
